Why one space per client rather than one folder per client?
A product space is a sealed perimeter, not a folder: its meetings, its documents, its seals and its members belong to it. A meeting imported into one client’s space cannot produce a feature in another’s.
Deduplication is bounded by the space too: two clients asking for the same thing get two records, in two perimeters, because they are two different decisions.
How many spaces does Premium allow?
Product spaces are unlimited on Premium, at €300 per month on an annual commitment, or €375 month to month. The price follows neither the number of clients nor the number of people reviewing.
Who can draft, review and seal?
Premium separates three roles: drafts, reviews, seals. A consultant can review without being able to seal, which keeps the validation gate in the hands of whoever answers to the client.
Reviewers stay unlimited: bringing the client into the space to read costs no licence.
How do I justify a spec to the client?
Every line of a document carries its source: the meeting, the date, the excerpt and the timestamp. A spec questioned in a review call is checked on the spot, by going back to the sentence that produced it.
The validation audit log, specific to Premium, says who sealed what and at what time across a whole space.

What happens to a space when an engagement ends?
Documents are written into Notion and export to Markdown, seals and sources included — so the export is how the work is handed back to the client. Premium also leaves the choice of retention and hosting.
How does setup work?
Premium includes guided setup. Calliops opens in waves, one product space at a time, so an agency starts on one client before opening the next.
